JaBack

JaBack is an application to schedule automatic backups to be carried out every so often (at hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly intervals as specified).

The backups are saved in ZIP format so you can recover all files easily.

JaBack can also upload files from FTP servers and send email notifications on the progress of the process.

Another of the program's interesting features lets you make backups when a change has been made to a particular file or folder.

JaBack supports the use of regular expressions in the naming of output files.
